This memorandum opens a 60-day comment period on the Fish and Wildlife Services (FWS) draft biological opinions (BiOps) for atrazine and simazine. The draft BiOps are currently posted to EPA’s website (see Table 1 below) and the Agency is taking comment in the public docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2020-0514 at https://www.regulations.gov. This document will be open for public comment from October 7, 2025, through December 8, 2025.
