    Insecticide Usage on Desert Lettuce, 2017-18

    A total of 25 surveys were completed of insecticide usage on desert lettuce, representing an estimated total of 44,180 fall acres and 37,720 spring lettuce acres from Yuma and neighboring Imperial County. This article concludes that the reduced risk insecticides will continue to play an increasing role in management of pests in desert lettuce.
